Established in 2019, Bafedile Khumo Mahlo Building Construction and Energy is a Level 1 BBBEE Contributor and 100% with CIDB grade 3 its black owned by a woman. Though a in operation for 2 years company, its founder has vast experience having served under Tawanda Projects (A Zimbabwean owned company) and Basadi Construction. The founder has gained sufficient skills which enable her to drive and develop her own construction company under the supervision of the Enza Construction management and Epi energy (China based company)
Bafedile Khumo Mahlo is Energy and general building Construction company based in Sandton, South Africa, it is headed by a black woman who grew up in both township and rural areas. The company specialises in Brickwork, Formwork, Plastering, Concrete Floors, Concrete Slabs, Tiling, Painting demolition, paving and Renewable Energy supplying solar batteries, street lights and more.
Under both Tawanda Projects and Basadi Construction, we were sub-contractedby reputable commercial and retail developers. We also expanded into Bulk Earth Works and Plant Hire. We have the experience and know-how to work on commercial and retail projects as well as construction of housing developments, including complexes and large residential estates.
With us potential clients should rest assure that we shall build excellent working relationship that is anchored on good ethical practices. We consistently ensure that we reach our client’s target timeframe while ensuring quality work. We ensure that we study the structural plan, provide authentic setting out for correct measurements, excellent brickwork, painting, flooring, ceiling installation etc.

We also provide value for money for the clients. We aim to create employment and skills development in communities that we are tasked to work in. We also strive to improve the standard of construction in the country by insisting on building high quality structures.

Bafedile Khumo Mahlo intends to improve the standard of living by empowering disadvantaged communities through providing employment and skills development to people in the communities where tenders are awarded. It is also our mission to improve the standard of civil and construction quality in the country by using skilled, experienced and qualified employees.
